My work has taken me around the world, from a Big 4 consultancy to the President of a boutique consulting business. I now run my own firm.
I had an insight and an epiphany a few years ago whilst conducting research with a renowned Harvard Business School professor.
I wanted to decode how to unlock the power and the promise of Ambition and help leaders and teams build ambition as their competitive advantage.
Turns out that ambition is so much more than a dream or a vision.
It can be compelling, energizing, and daunting.
It has the power to be remarkably contagious.
And it also carries a dark side that many leaders fail to navigate.
Understanding Ambition is what led me to setting a world record - being the first person to swim the frigid Atlantic ocean in nothing but a speedo - and doing it backstroke.
Today I spend 100% of my time helping teams and consultants achieve their ambitions.
