1. Information We Collect

Personal information is any information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.
  • Billing and payment information, such as your billing address and the details needed to process a payment. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us directly.
  • Professional information you share when you enquire about or take part in our programs, such as your role, company, industry, experience, and goals.
  • Content you submit, including form responses, survey answers, questions, comments, testimonials, reviews, photographs, and other material you provide.
  • Account information, if you register on our program platform, including your username and any profile details you add.
  • Technical and usage information, such as your device type, browser, IP address, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site.
  • Recordings and transcripts of live sessions, calls, and events in which you take part, as described in Section 6.

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit it through the Site unless we specifically request it.

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information in three ways.

Directly from you, when you complete a form, enquire about a program, register for The Lab, join a program, correspond with us, respond to a survey, or submit content.

Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies that record how you use the Site, as described in Section 4.

From third parties, including the platforms and vendors that help us operate, such as our program platform, our video conferencing provider, our analytics providers, and our advertising platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our programs;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
  • process enrolments and payments;
  • communicate with you about your account, your program, and changes to the Site;
  • send you information about programs, events, and resources we believe are relevant, where permitted;
  • personalize and improve your experience; and
  • meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the address in Section 13. We will still send you communications necessary to administer your account or program.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar technologies to recognize you, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support our marketing. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, such as Google Analytics and the advertising platforms we use.

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, though parts of the Site may then not function correctly. Browsers also allow you to send “do not track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to them, the Site does not currently respond to such signals.

You can limit certain advertising by visiting:

  • https://adssettings.google.com
  • https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
  • https://optout.aboutads.info

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, under obligations of confidentiality.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant and legal advisers.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal and safety, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

The vendors we rely on include, without limitation:

  • Kajabi, which hosts our program content, community, and enrolments. See https://kajabi.com/policies/privacy.
  • Stripe, which processes payments. See https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the Site is used. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Zoom and Microsoft Teams, which we use for video sessions and calls. See https://zoom.us/privacy and https://www.microsoft.com/privacy.
  • Meta and Google advertising platforms, which we use to reach relevant audiences.

This list may change as our business evolves. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.

6. Meetings, Calls, and Event Recordings

We record certain live sessions, coaching calls, and events for quality, delivery, training, and content purposes, using tools such as our video conferencing provider and meeting recording software. Where you take part in a recorded session, we will make the recording apparent to you, and your continued participation indicates your consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell us before the session begins. Recordings and transcripts are treated as personal information under this policy.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you hold an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

9. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, including YouTube and our vendors’ platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

10. Age Limits

The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take prompt steps to delete it.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and the comprehensive privacy laws of other US states. These rights may include the right to:

  • know and access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising cookies is treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law, you may opt out using the browser and platform controls described in Section 4.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we act on your request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy here and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
