I spent over a decade at Deloitte Consulting in New York, and then served as President of Kotter International in Cambridge, advising leaders across six continents on how to turn bold strategy into real results.

In 2021 I went out on my own - and I hit every trap independent consultants hit: I custom-built every engagement, competed on price, and rode the feast-and-famine rollercoaster.
