The Intensive
You have outgrown doing this at arm’s length.
You do not want another programme to work through on your own. You want the person who built this within reach when it matters, a small room of advisors at your level, and two days a year where you are worked with in person rather than addressed from a stage.
At this level, proximity is worth more than anything on a curriculum.
The Difference
The whole method - and a seat at the table.
The Accelerator gives you the whole method and a year to build it. The Intensive gives you all of that, and a seat at the table.
It is the same twelve-month programme in full, with three things added that money rarely buys inside a course: the person who made it, within reach; a room small enough to know everyone in it; and two days a year in that room, working on your own practice in person.
Most programmes give you the material. This one gives you the person who made it.
What It Does For Your Practice
Everything The Accelerator changes - and then:
- You are never stuck for long, because Russell is a voice message away when a decision or a doubt arrives.
- Once a year you are worked with in person - put in the hot seat on your own practice, in a room of advisors who take this as seriously as you do.
- You hear Russell’s newest thinking before it reaches anyone else.
- You build alongside peers at your own level - the room you have not sat in since you went out on your own.
What It Includes
Everything you need - and proximity you cannot buy elsewhere.
- Everything in The Accelerator, in full. The complete twelve-month programme: the mentorship, the two group calls each month, the private community, and the library of the work.
- Direct access to Russell, by voice.Through Voxer, he is a voice message away when you are facing a decision - not an email disappearing into an inbox. This is the difference between doing the work near him and doing it alone.
- A ticket to the annual two-day summit.Held at a fine hotel, it opens with a reception and dinner, gives its main day to the hot seat - where each advisor is worked through in turn - adds fresh thinking from Russell, and closes over a second dinner. Not a conference. A room.
- A place held to fifteen. The whole tier is kept deliberately small, because proximity is the point - and proximity does not survive scale.
Who Stands Behind It
Russell Raath built the practice you are trying to build.
After a career with Deloitte Consulting in New York, serving as President of Kotter International, and time in-house at one of the biggest companies in the world - where he was the one hiring consultants - he left, with no clients waiting and no plan handed to him, and built an independent practice from nothing that crossed seven figures.
He is not teaching from theory, or from a course he once sat through. He is teaching the road he has actually walked, and helping you build your successful advisory business.
Who This Is For
For advisors who want the person and the room close.
This is for advisors who are already established and already good, who would rather have the person and the room close than work through a programme at a distance, and who know that at this level proximity is worth more than anything on a curriculum.
It is not for those who are happy to build alone at their own pace. If that is you, The Accelerator is the right room - and it is a very good one.
The Investment
$25,000for the full twelve months.
The Intensive is application only, and the tier is held to fifteen - so that every advisor in it has genuine proximity to the work, to the room, and to Russell.
